These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be settled in the District Court of Porto, without prejudice to the possibility of recourse to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for consumers.
As a consumer, you have the right to use these centres to resolve any dispute with Kooldent — Medical and Dental Clinic in an extrajudicial, swift and cost-effective manner.
