The website has an institutional and informative character, serving as a showcase for the clinic, team and services provided.

Services are not sold through the website or social media. Appointment booking and service contracting are always done directly with the clinic (telephone, WhatsApp, email or forms).

Use of the website presupposes knowledge and acceptance of these terms.

• Any price indicated is an example or estimate and does not replace the quotation provided after in-person clinical evaluation.
• The final price is only confirmed after diagnosis by the dentist.

• Booking is only considered valid after direct confirmation by the clinic's team.
• Non-attendance must be communicated in advance.

• There are no online payments through the website.
• All payments are made at the clinic, by card, cash or bank transfer (when agreed).

Kooldent ensures that all services provided comply with applicable legislation and standards of the Dental Surgeons' Association. The clinic is not responsible for temporary website access failures due to maintenance, technical faults or force majeure.

Before you give consent, GA4 sends only cookieless pings — aggregated, anonymous signals that do not rely on cookies and cannot identify you.
