Careful and practical, Dr Filipa wants every patient to feel heard, calm and safe throughout their treatment. She likes to explain each stage simply and to follow the progress of every case closely.
She has dedicated herself to Orthodontics for 10 years, an area that allows her to support children, teenagers and adults in improving their smile and function. She works with interceptive and corrective orthodontic treatments and with clear aligners, adapting each approach to the needs of the person she is treating. What fulfils her most is watching the progress over time and knowing that, in the end, the patient feels more comfortable and confident with their smile.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling, reading and doing jigsaw puzzles, and has a very special companion in her cat Tofu. She is also a travel consultant, a way of keeping her passion for discovering new destinations even closer.
